Joint Statement from Gloucestershire Partnership NHS Trust and Unison Severn Health Branch regarding Industrial Action

We are able to confirm that agreement has been reached on a series of measures designed to provide reassurance to Unison and its members about continuing employment with the Trust. Consequently, Unison members no longer plan to take industrial action.
It has been agreed that the Trust will:
- Not make any staff compulsorily redundant during the next 12 months
- Continue to hold vacancies to maximise re-deployment opportunities
- Return staff who have been offered a role on less hours to their full contractual hours as soon as possible
Both Unison and the Trust are pleased to have been able to work together to resolve the concerns of staff.
